Eye-catching, brand-forward graphics clearly communicate your message to a distracted audience, and simple, beautiful design is subconsciously perceived as better and higher quality.

Frequently-Asked Questions
How does a graphic design retainer work?
Think of a graphic design retainer fee like a gym membership. You're not paying for a personal trainer, but you are paying for access to the gym. In the same way, you're not paying for a specific service with a graphic design retainer fee, but you are paying for access to our time. And we will reserve that time for you to get priority access to your preferred designer.
Do you have a minimum commitment for your retainer?
Yes, we require a minimum 3-month commitment. At the end of three months, your commitment becomes month-to-month, with a 30-day cancellation notice required.
What if I want to change the number of hours I get each month?
No problem! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time before your next billing cycle begins (excluding the timeframe during the 3-month initial commitment).
What happens if I go over the hours included in my retainer plan?
No problem! We can handle it. You'll be notified as we approach your maximum time allotment. Overage time is invoiced at our standard hourly rate (currently $100/hour, subject to change).
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Only 2 unused hours roll over at the end of each month. This allows us to keep the monthly retainer fee low and ensures that we can allocate time for your projects and plan our workload accordingly.
What are some common projects you can do with a graphic design retainer?
You're really limited only by your imagination and time, but here are some common examples: print media, website assets, social media graphics, email newsletter graphics, annual reports, blog images, infographics, presentations, podcast episode graphics ... and so much more!
