You deserve professionally designed marketing collateral that's irresistible to your customers.
You need eye-catching, effective marketing collateral, but you don’t have the time or resources to do it yourself. It’s hard enough to keep up with all of the other tasks that come with running a business, let alone trying to design your own marketing materials. And if you’re not using professional designs, then you’re likely using bland, generic templates that make you look like every other business out there.

Our creative, experienced design team can take care of your design needs so that you can focus on what’s important – running your business. We’ll help you create beautiful and consistent customer touchpoints that will reinforce your brand identity and attract more customers.

Frequently-Asked Questions
How much do you charge for graphic design?
We use three methods of charging for projects – hourly rate, flat rate, and retainer rate. We’ll work with you to choose the best option for your needs.

Hourly rate
Our standard rate is $150 per hour. You’ll be charged for our time working on your project, including consultations, design time, revisions, and file formatting.

Flat rate
For some basic design projects, such as simple brochures, business cards, and speaker sheets, we offer a flat-rate price that includes one consultation, design time, two rounds of revisions, and file formatting.

Retainer hours
Rollover Hours are discounted blocks of time that can be applied to any hourly project. Your hours don't expire for a full twelve months from the date of purchase!
Because every project is different, it’s always best to talk about it.

What software do you use for graphic design?
For most projects, we use the tried-and-true Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

In what format(s) will you provide my final design?
Typically we select one or more of the following file formats depending on the specific project.

Print
•PDF
• Files/formats as requested by the printer

Digital
•PDF
•JPG or PNG
•GIF or SVG

Do you provide the source file?
Your source file is the file used to create the design or piece of collateral. Many designers and agencies do not provide the source file or do so only after charging a hefty additional fee. We believe that once you’ve paid for your design, it’s yours. Source files are always available on request after a project is completed, just ask.

How long does a design take to complete?
That will depend on the project. Still, we ask for a minimum turnaround time of five days for small projects and two weeks for larger projects. If you have a time-sensitive or urgent request, let us know, and we’ll see if we can fit a rush job into our project schedule.
